Direct Primary Care simplifies your medical costs. It is a membership where you pay a recurring monthly fee to be part of the practice. You receive access to a pre-defined set of primary care services. It benefits you if you have no insurance or a deductible over $500.

Our doctors and staff are comfortable to speak with you in English, Spanish, French, Kikongo and Lingala.
What’s the cost?
For the affordable cost of only $40.00 a month, your basic lab work at cost and in office procedures are also included. You may come as often as you wish, for a standard $10.00 Administration fee per visit.

Meet your Practitioners
Ndofunsu Badika, M.D.
Originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo. He is fluent in English, French, Lingala and KiKongo.
Badika completed his internal medicine from Saint George’s University from Grenada, West Indies and Residency at the Maryland General Hospital in Baltimore Maryland.
His passion is to provide excellent care to all but specially to the under-served communities in Charlotte area.
Ruth I Colón, NPA
Originally from Puerto Rico. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
Ruth completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Puerto Rico in May 1991 graduating Magna Cum Laude. She also completed her Master of Science in Nursing, from the University of Cincinnati in August 2014 graduating with High Honors.
Ruth is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with special interests in Cardiac Medicine, women health and Family Medicine. She has a strong background in cardiovascular and critical care nursing. She believes in developing strong relationships, in order to provide personalized, compassionate care, tailored to meet each patient’s specific needs.
Her passion is to provide excellent care to all but specially to the under-served communities in Charlotte area. She also loves to teach and grow the Nurse Practitioner profession. Since 2015 she has served as preceptor to 1 – 2 Nurse Practitioner Student a year.

USCIS – United States Citizenship and Immigration Services Exam
Immigration Medical Exam we review and give assistance in filling out Form I-693
Medical Exam for Disability Form N-648 – as stated by *USCIS, “this form is intended for applicants for U.S. citizenship who seek an exception to the English and civics testing requirements for naturalization “because of physical or developmental disability or mental impairment.”
Only doctors designated by the *USCIS can administer this exam. Dr. Badika is designated by *USCIS to give assessment as a Civil Surgeon.
